Independent electronic protection for each PoE output safeguards individual power branches against short circuits and overloads. Once the fault has been resolved, the power supply is automatically restored, ensuring that a fault in a single camera does not cause an interruption to the operation of the other devices.Long Range mode enables data transmission over distances of up to 280 m using standard UTP cable. In standard mode, LAN ports 1–4 operate at speeds of 10/100 Mbps and provide a range of up to 100 m. When Long Range mode is enabled, the speed of LAN ports 1–4 is limited to 10 Mbps, whilst the range increases to 280 m. This speed is sufficient to support a single IP camera. LAN ports 5 and 6 remain at a speed of 10/100 Mbps and a range of up to 100 m in both modes, with LAN 5 supporting PoE IN/OUT and LAN 6 functioning as an unpowered uplink port.The switch provides visual indicators for power and data transmission status. It also allows the power supply to be switched off independently on selected PoE ports. LAN port 5 can supply up to 60 W of power, whilst the other PoE ports can supply up to 40 W. LAN port 6 does not support PoE, meaning it can be used to securely connect different LAN segments.The ABOX-M2 enclosure is designed to protect equipment and cable connections in outdoor environments. Made from a material resistant to UV radiation and adverse weather conditions, it provides an IP56 protection rating. The mounting plate features holes spaced at 10.8 mm intervals, compatible with the mounting hole spacing of the modules intended for installation. This allows for flexible mounting of equipment in either a vertical or horizontal position. Cables are fed through cable glands fitted to the enclosure: 6 × M16 and 1 × M20. The design also allows for spare cable to be stored inside the enclosure. The set includes 4 brackets enabling the enclosure to be mounted without compromising its IP56 protection rating.
